A finely cast pair of small patinated bronze spill vases in the charming Regency taste. Cylindrical in form with a gently flared rim, decorated in relief with a classical urn issuing stylised foliage and scrolling ornament to the lower body, and raised on a stepped circular foot.
Richly patinated and highly decorative, it displays a strong neoclassical character. Originally intended as a spill vase or taper holders for the fireside.
