Occasionally we may choose to ship with another service such as Parcelforce 48 or DPD, this is to ensure your item arrives securely, in a timely manner and in-line with the nature/fragility of the item.
All of our furniture (i.e large mirrors, tables, large dividers & screens) are sent by our reliable courier service.
Alternatively, collection from our showroom in Leicester is available Wednesday-Friday.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and unaltered
In the same condition that you received it
Returned in the same box and packaging originally sent in
The security tag unaltered in any way and still attached to the item
A proof of purchase email accompanied by the receipt sent with the item
